Youth Group

7th-12th Grade

6:00-8:30 PM, Most Sundays during the school year

Join us for Youth Group at the church! Youth are invited for a fun night of fellowship, team building, devotions, scripture, spiritual guidance, large group and small group time, and, of course, snacks! Our goal is to always let God’s light shine through each one of us, as we see each of our unique personalities come alive.

Hot Chocolate with God & S'mores Leadership

8th Grade +

Students who are interested in leadership and working with children are invited to become a Student Leader. Most of our leaders work with our Hot Chocolate with God & S’mores children’s program. Our leaders meet on the first Saturday of the month for their Bible study, planning time, and fellowship time.

Confirmation

7th-12th Grade

Confirmation classes offer youth the opportunity to learn more about the Christian faith and what it means to be a disciple of Christ. Through discussions, activities, field trips, exploration of ministries in the church, and a retreat, youth will develop a more personal relationship with Christ, with pastors, with each other, and with Christian leaders as they prepare to become members of the church.

Youth Retreat

7th-12th Grade

6:00-8:30 PM, Most Sundays during the school year

Each year, usually in January, we go to Camp Findley for an amazing, fun-filled weekend jam-packed with fellowship and learning God’s word. The Youth Retreat is for all youth in 7-12th grade. Young adults are welcome to join us and help lead, connect, and be a role model for our youth.

Youth Mission Trip

14 Years Old +

Every summer, youth have the opportunity to go on a week-long mission trip working on homes of families in need. We work on fundraising activities beforehand, such as car washes, and a chicken BBQ.

Youth Retreat - Sign Up Today!

January 14-16, 2022

7th-12th Grade

Our annual Youth Retreat is coming soon, and we are so excited to be able to go away again this year for an amazing, fun-filled weekend at Camp Findley! We’ll have a weekend packed with fellowship, games, and snow tubing, while we learn about God and grow in our relationship with Him and others.

The retreat cost this year is $125 per person with your signed permission slip, rules form, and payment by January 9. Be sure to sign up soon, as space is limited. This cost will include lodging for the weekend, as well as food.

We will be adhering to all COVID guidelines currently in place during our trip, such as masks worn at all times and staying socially distanced. This will ensure that we are doing our best to keep your teenagers safe as well as our staff and volunteers.

There are also youth who would like to go on this year’s retreat, but may not be able to attend due to the expense. We are looking for sponsors to help defer some of the cost for these youth. You can give a full scholarship of $125 or any amount you are able to give will be gratefully accepted and appreciated.

Young adults and adults are welcome to join us and help lead, connect, and be role models for our youth.

If you would like to volunteer or have any questions regarding the Youth Retreat, please contact Adrienne Demmin.
