DivorceCare

You don’t have to go through it alone

Most people will tell you that separation and divorce are the most painful and stressful experiences they’ve ever faced. It’s a confusing time when you feel isolated and have lots of questions about issues you’ve never faced before.

The pain of a divorce can be devastating. It can take a long time to heal that pain, but anyone going through a divorce can find hope and encouragement, answers and friendship at the DivorceCare group. Lori Jagow will facilitate an online group and is for people who are considering divorce, going through divorce now, or are still in need of support years later.

People in the aftermath of a marital breakup can begin attending at any time. “People facing the trauma of divorce need help right away,” said Steve Grissom, founder and president of DivorceCare/Church Initiative. “With DivorceCare, the emergency room is always open.”

A DivorceCare group is not currently meeting. You can contact Lori Jagow for more information at LoriJagow@pcumc.org.
