Deuteronomy 31:6 instructs us to be strong and courageous. Many of us have experienced that in our journey. I wonder how our circumstances may have caused us to live the old saying, “Desperate times call for desperate measures.” Those are the moments when being strong and courageous matters most. Today, we’ll explore the story of someone pushed to desperate measures. She teaches us a great deal about strength, courage, and faith. We will learn that at times, we need to be scrappy in the life of faith.
