Hiding God’s Word in our hearts will be one of the most important things we do this summer. I encourage you to join me in memorizing the verses in the surrounding clouds (see file download below) or the verses listed below. If you have younger kids, have them remember the bold words and where that verse is located in the Bible.

  • Think about the things of heaven, not the things of earth. -Colossians 3:2

  • For everyone has sinned; we all fall short of God's glorious standard. -Romans 3:23

  • Instead, be kind to each other, tenderhearted, forgiving one another, just as God through Christ has forgiven you. -Ephesians 4:32

  • So whether you eat or drink, or whatever you do, do it all for the glory of God. -1 Corinthians 10:31

  • This is the day the LORD has made. We will rejoice & be glad in it. -Psalm 118:24

  • Don't be afraid, for I am with you. Don't be discouraged, for I am your God. I will strengthen you and help you. I will hold you up with my victorious right hand. -Isaiah 41:10

  • For I can do everything through Christ, who gives me strength. -Philippians 4:13

  • For "Everyone who calls on the name of the LORD will be saved." -Romans 10:13

  • Trust in the LORD with all your heart; do not depend on your own understanding. -Proverbs 3:5

  • Whatever is good & perfect comes down to us from God our Father, who created all the lights in the heavens. He never changes or casts a shifting shadow. -James 1:17
