Rice Bowls is a non-profit organization that seeks to provide food for orphaned children in the name of Christ. In addition, Rice Bowls helps organizations like us collect money in a fun and meaningful way. About once a year, we have a Rice Bowls campaign.
Why is it called Rice Bowls?
Rice is a dietary staple for much of the world, the design of the bowls reminds us of those in need around our world.
What do you do?
Take a bowl, or a few, home with you and fill it up with change (or cash!) from your family, friends, coworkers, or anyone that you may know. Then bring them back to church after Easter.
Who do you impact?
When you feed orphaned kids, great things happen!
Rice Bowls partners with loving, grass-roots children’s homes around the world to cover 100% of their delicious, locally sourced meals. The homes can then focus on loving, teaching, protecting, and providing for the children in their care.
Orphaned kids grow up to become chefs, software engineers, welders, doctors, teachers, ministers, marathon runners, and flat-out awesome human beings!
