Feeding Hope

Wednesday, December 14, 2022 - 3:00 PM

It's the holiday season!

The annual Christmas "celebration" in downtown Buffalo for the homeless and hungry will be on Wednesday, December 14. We've been invited to provide the meal. We'll serve our annual special meal - meatloaf, mashed potatoes, stuffing, veggies, brownies, and PB&J sandwiches. We need ground beef, boxed stuffing mix, butter/margarine, sandwich bread, and eggs. We are looking to prepare at least 100 dinners.

It is such a festive time! There are other groups there handing out goodies, and there will be a choir. Yes! Outside!

If anyone would like to help prepare or go downtown to take in the activities, you are welcome! And as always, if anyone needs a meal the day we are preparing, please reach out. We'll have one for you! We're always Feeding Hope!

About Feeding Hope

Every month, we serve a meal on the streets of downtown Buffalo for those experiencing homelessness and need. We serve around 100 people every time we go. What a blessing to be able to go out and serve in this way!

Monetary and physical donations can be made through the church to continue to support this valued ministry. Prayer support is the most needed for all. Be safe. Be well. God IS with us!

To give to this ministry, go to pendletonchurch.org/give and select “Feeding the Homeless” fund, and each month you can check for what donations are needed at pendletonchurch.org/feedinghope.

Thank you for your help in Feeding Hope!
