We’re like other churches, but different!
Welcome! In many ways the Pendleton Center United Methodist Church is like other churches. We worship God, celebrate sacraments, and have Christian Education for our children. In some ways we are different. Our congregation is larger and younger than most churches. This allows us to offer activities, programs, and possibilities not found in many congregations. The most significant difference is our commitment to help heal spiritually broken people. Many of our people have been away from church for a long time when they start coming to church. The Pendleton Center UMC provides a safe, welcoming environment for people to explore a relationship with God from wherever they are on their spiritual journey.
You are invited to join us in seeking God’s transforming power in your life, and the lives of those you love.

Family problems, relationships, and the storms of life can sometimes threaten to consume us. Counseling can help reduce stress so that you see God’s bigger plan for your life as you pass through the storm.
For more information specifically about how counseling can help or to set up an appointment, contact Pastoral Counselor, Lori Jagow at email@example.com. Fees are based on a sliding scale according to income to make counseling affordable to all.

Join us in the gym Sunday mornings at 10:30 for a look at (and listen to) the music of the season of Lent. We will consider the music we sing as we prepare for the celebration of Jesus' death and resurrection. How do these songs speak to our lives as Christians in a world so deep in sin? Jesus is the answer. His death and resurrection made way for all people to be reconciled to…
